How to Return an Item

1. Email us at info@revivedetails.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a returns authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and post it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Opened chemical products (shampoos, waxes, sealants) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
